Mint VNC problem

Mint 17 後用UltraVnc 連線出現  No matching security types 或 no security type suitable 

  參考其它人的方法

 1. sudo apt-get install dconf-tools
2. search dconf app 

 dconf > org > gnome > desktop > remote-access > require-encryption - uncheck dconf > org > gnome > desktop > remote-access > vnc-password - set the correct password
restart 

註該方法Ubuntu 新版也適用

HIKVISION DS-7808N 網絡錄影機 Communication PORTs 預設有三個 1. HTTP Port 80 2. RSTP Port 554 3. Device Port 8000 用web login 登入更改其中二個, 另一個 device port 要在錄影機直接改或用ivms-4200 的remote configuration 更改 ivms-4200 中的remote configuration  最重要的是要開啓network-->NAT 中的 Mapping Type, 要與router 中的 port forward 配合, 否則external ip 不能映射到本地的port 經測試, 手機APPS iVMS-4500 及PC iVMS-4200 是要連接 SERVER PORT, WEB 是用HTTP PORT 以D-LINK 615為例: 可在PORT FOWARDING 中開放3100,3101,3102 以對應本地 LOCAL LAN IP

Firefox V52 更新後不能使用Hikvision NPAPI plugins

自從FIREFOX 2017 年3月更新後, 鐵定不能再使用NPAPI plugins, NPAPI 是海康HIKVISION 應用於BROWSER 的技術, 之前CHROME 已不能使用了, 現在只有MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER 可以使用了。最近在其它論壇看到有人提及可以用以下方法暫時解決, 繼續使用HIKVISION 的PLUGIN, - Type about:config in the Firefox address bar – ignore the “are you sure you want to proceed?” page - Right click anywhere. A context window should pop-up - Select  New >> Boolean - Enter exactly  plugin.load_flash_only - Set the Boolean value to  False - Restart Firefox 經實驗發現可以使用PLUGIN, 希望海康再開發取代的方法。 這裡有一篇安裝IE TAB 在CHROME 裡, 亦可以用NPAPI  https://sassec.wordpress.com/2016/01/19/solving-hikvision-and-google-chrome-compatibility-issues/
